Nutritious FREE breakfast and lunch for all Discover U students

Free Breakfast & Lunch for All Students

Our school is proud to provide free, healthy meals to every student every day through the Community Eligibility Program (CEP).

What is Community Eligibility Program?
The Community Eligibility Program (CEP) is a federal program under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP). It allows schools in eligible communities to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students, regardless of household income.

What This Means for Families:
• Every student receives free breakfast and lunch
• No household meal application required
• All students are encouraged to enjoy school meals daily

Access to nutritious meals helps students stay focused, energized, and ready to learn. Our menus meet or exceed USDA nutrition standards, providing well-balanced options that include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.

If you have any questions please contact our NSLP Coordinator at (480) 924-1500.
